Our holiday apartments are perfect for family holidays in idyllic Ellmau at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. The fully equipped apartments are newly furnished in a charming house, which is located on the sunny side of Ellmau and has a magnificent view of the Kaiser Mountains.
Whether for relaxation, for sports enthusiasts and especially for families with children, Ellmau and the surrounding area has the best conditions for a fantastic holiday. Both in summer and winter you can experience a lot here and spend a wonderful time. A few minutes' walk from the apartments is the Kaiserbad, which offers fun and sports for the family all year round (outdoor and indoor facilities, playground, children's adventure pool, three water slides, wellness, tennis courts, climbing hall, ...).

Several golf courses are in the immediate vicinity, great hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from our house. For children, for example, there is Ellmi's Magic World (Hartkaiserbahn), or Hexenwasser (Hochsöll), llama hiking (Koglhof - only a few minutes by car), and much more.
In winter there is a cross-country ski trail opposite the house for cross-country skiers and for skiers/snowboarders there is a shuttle service from the house directly to the ski lift.
Many good restaurants are nearby; the famous Stanglwirt can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Kitzbühel in 15 minutes.
